If you have Windows installed thius is a surefire way to format an
floppy. Remember the old File manager in Win 3.1?? It is now WinFile In
95 or 98.

Go to WINDOWS EXPLORER. Cursor on down to WINDOWS in C Drive. Highlinght
it and scroll on the right side until you See WinFile. (picture of a
File Cabinet). Click on it and then click on FILE in the upper task bar.
Go down to Format or Copy and away you to. This particular program seems
to overcome  the shortcomings of some of  other copy or format software,
even the program available under My Computer..
