We use Netscape 4.79 ; Messenger for our e-mail and
Netscape Communicator for our web searching.
Somehow, a window that used to only come up if we tried to get online, while
working offline; now appears about 1 to 2 minute after shutting down and being
offline, and away from the computer. The message says " Netscape was unable to
connect to the network because you are Offline. To reconnect choose Offline from

the File Menu and then select WorkOnline."
Where can we find the command to delete it completely, or at least keep it from
popping up ,
automatically, after choosing 'Work Offline' then disconnecting from the server

every time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as it kicks off the screensaver when
it appears.
Thanks. John Sowders [log in to unmask]
