I just became aware of a problem with my Outlook 2003. I was sent an e-mail
in Russian (Cyrillic alphabet). My computer is set up to handle Cyrillic and
I can send messages in Russian. When I looked at the message on Gmail using
web browser access, the message was fine. However, when I used Outlook with
pop3 retrieval, the Russian text got "scrambled" - as if it was received as
a 7-bit code. I can't seem to find any setting that I missed in Outlook, and
I have received Russian messages before using Yahoo. Is there something in
Gmail that is different?

Thank you for any pointers.
