I use a separate program, SR32 (Search and Replace), which you may find
helpful. I found it as shareware.
Its biggest advantage over Word is being able to address multiple document
files, but you may find that it has other abilities that help you do what
you need.

I need something which will scan the whole chapter of a novel I am writing and mark every word in one go. Can anyone advise me how this can me done?
