Hello Gary. I had the same problem in windows Me. while using ICQ. I sent an
e-mail to ICQ requesting assistance and never heard back from them. It was
irritating to me to the point I totally uninstalled ICQ, went into the files
and deleted every trace of it and re-downloaded and installed it and no more
problems now for over two weeks. Hope this will help you. Chet Cook
