Did you originally install it? Did it or does it have an entry on add/remove programs that just doesn't work? If so, try reinstalling it to uninstall it. The install log may have been deleted, lost, corrupted, so it cannot uninstall. A new install will fix that. If it never had a line in add/remove that is a different problem. Do a google search for something like uninstall kaspersky. Maybe a manual uninstall is the only way, in which case there must be something somewhere that tells you how to do that.
