I use MSOE more... Since I'm only one person,
I just set up several accounts in the mail section...

On the same machine, I have OutLook2000 installed in
"Internet Mail Only" mode. (See Help-About to check...)
I use the same method in Outlook --- multiple accounts
in the mail section.

Note that using it this way, I have to send all mail through my
ISPs servers, (due to port 25 blocking for Spam protection on
their end).  If the ISP gave you all these addresses, that should
be "OK"...
I also have to use verification on all port 25 mail sent through
their system.  If you have one account that works because it
was set up by one of those ISP CDs, (or an automatic download),
you may be missing some correct settings...
