I don't believe in coincidences. In 2 days I've ran into the exact same problem on 2 different computers and cannot figure out how it happened or how to solve it.

On both machines when going onto the Internet I get a message saying that Content Advisor will not let me on to a page with no rating. Fine, I understand how Content Advisor works but with both machines neither person did anything, or even knew what Content Advisor was, to make any changes to Content Advisor. Then it asked for a password to change the settings and neither person had a password. When I went into Content Advisor to disable it the disable button does nothing.

Has anyone come across this before? Neither person can access the internet because of this and formatting is starting to seem like the only option but not really the most popular.

Any advice please. I've been to the Microsoft site but nothing there that can help.

Thank you,

Michael J. Murray
