I started going back in my system and tried to figure out when the potential
problem happened. One of my error prompts mentioned a driver
incompatibility.......I did try to install hp scanner software on my
computer within the last couple of months, but did not have a clue it would
effect another program. I removed the scanner software and Word is working
just fine. Now I will go to hp site and download hp scanner driver for my
Windows XP computer.
