You can edit AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS to remove the lines

COUNTRY=...
DEVICE=[path]DISPLAY.SYS ...

in CONFYG.SYS
and

[path]KEYB ...
in AUTOEXEC.BAT

This should do it.
