Bob, I didn't see you get an answer to this query.  Unfortunately, I can't
shed any light on this - have you tried asking the Opera people? - they seem
pretty helpful.

Or maybe do a google for clues.  One thing - as far as I know, XML is an
upcoming HTL-type language...perhaps something in the OS isn't coping?
