I have 'winphone' installed by 'Dell' computer without manual
I can send fax from this program but can't receive
is there any switch to make the program active for receiving fax ?
should the modem be activated upon starting of windows ? How ? or, it is made atomatically.
i wish to use my computer to send and receive all the times without use of external fax machine.

Help topic does not indicate much about receiving fax messages

Is there a program much easier and simple to use ?
if i install other program, sshould i uninstall 'winphone' program ?
