A friend of mine just bought a new Dell, running Windows Vista.  He 
keeps getting this blank dialog box when he boots up.  I tried 
CTRL/ALT/DEL and clicked on "processes," closed the first process and 
the box went away, but came back when he re-booted.  How do I get this 
out of the start menu in Vista? -- that's a whole new ball game to me!
