Suggestion: If you happen to be using Netscape, this would work. (Possibly
something similar in IE.)

Write the email including only what is for everyone. Save as Template. Then
address and send to those to whom you wish to send the minimum email. Then go
to the template again and include extra remarks for the complete email. Address
and send. Then delete the template. This way the essential information has to
be written only once.
