Hi Joan,

I would suspect you have some form of message rule set up in your email
client that automatically deletes messages. You didn't mention what email
client you use, but message rules are usually somewhere under the tools
menu.

hi, my name is joan albert  [log in to unmask] and i have a problem that i
hope you can help me with:  there are some important emails that i get that
instead of going automatically into my inbox like i want them to, for some
reason they automatically go into my deleted folder... i then drag the
emails from the deleted folder to my inbox...how do i stop certain emails
from going directly to my deleted folder???  thanks, joan albert
