I've run into the same problem - being unable to even load windows when the
Nuts and Bolts Image program runs on startup.  When I remove it, everything
returns to normal.  This does not happen on every machine, just now and
then.  The last time I saw it, the person had just run a Disk Minder and
Disk Tune and on startup, Windows would not load until Image was removed
from startup.  I've never seen problems from any of the other programs in
the N&B set.
