The "Missing Export" message usually means that the program is finding the
wrong version of the file shlwapi.dll.
That is probably because some later program has replaced the file with an
earlier or later version, which AVG can't read.
Reinstall AVG and all should be well. If you find that some other program
now won't run, then there's a conflict and you may have to choose which one
to keep.
If your AVG is an old version, it might be wiser to download the latest
version.
