Near the bottom of the Spybot Immunize page put a check at:
"Enable permanent blocking of bad addresses in Internet Explorer"
That will bring up a pull-down with 3 modes.
Select the mode that says "Block all bad pages silently".
All that bad stuff will be blocked with no clicking required.
