   IMHO it is a sign of change...  A form of a new standard
that is coming to the computing world.  I have some fairly
slow computers, but with the newest browsers installed,
they seem to open MUCH faster than in the "OLD" browser days
of a year or two ago.
   What browser are you using?  I have MSIE4.01, NS4.06
and NS3.04, all 32 bit. I hate to say it, but I have not
used my 16 bit browsers for quite a long time...
