  Assuming that these are both Windows PCs, and you have enabled
"File Sharing" under the network setup, then once you have a network
connection between them, you should be able to see each PC and any
shared folders under it int the "Network Neighborhood" folder.  If
you right-click on one of those shared folders, you should have the
option to "mount" the shared folder from the remote PC as a drive
letter on the near PC, and you can then use drag-and-drop or
copy/move as if that letter referred to a local drive.
  [Even if you cannot see the other machine in Network Neighborhood,
for some reason, you should be able to mount its shared folders using
the NET USE command from a DOS prompt.]
