Hi..
Follow these steps:

1> Right click on the START button, then choose open (or explore).
2> Select FILE from the top menu then NEW > FOLDER.
3> Rename the NEW FOLDER to Control Panel (or whatever you like).
4> Open the newly made CONTROL PANEL folder and leave it open.
5> Click on the START button and select SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL.
6> Press CTRL+A in your keyboard to select all the icons.
7> Go to any of the icons and drag it to the new CONTROL PANEL window
   (The one you just made in the first steps).
8> Thats it.. Haven't been easier than that ;)
