I have 4 Dell computers & could not be happier with the service. I always
add the Gold Tech service when I purchase a Dell. This covers any thing that
malfunctions on your computer. If a hard drive goes out, a disk drive burns
out, motherboard blows, ect. Dell will have a tech at you home within 3 days
with the replacement at no additional cost to you. I am 100% satisfied with
Dell's customer service.

Please explain - I was planning to get a Dell. Any other Dell service
comments? I understood user satisfaction was the highest.
