Hi,

  A colleague asked me a question which I have never experienced
before :

  He would like his Dial Up Network to log off automatically
when he close off his Netscape Browser. It used to be that
way before he reinstalled his windows owing to harddisk problem.
Nowadadys he occasionally forget to logoff manually and clock
unnecessary time with the ISP.
