Harry,

Try looking at TOOLS -- OPTIONS -- SEND (tab) -- INTERNATIONAL
SETTINGS (button).  Mine is set for Western European (ISO).

You might also want to try repairing your installation (along with IE)
Click START -- RUN -- CONTROL PANEL -- ADD/REMOVE
PROGRAMS.  Scroll down to MS IE and double click it.  On the
next screen, select the option to REPAIR.
