Everytime I reboot my computer, the "MSN" messager guy appears on my task bar.  I checked MSCONFIG, start-up, and don't see anything that looks like MSN messenger.  Any other ideas?  I don't use MSN messenger at all.  

Do you think I can just delete the entire MESSENGER folder?  There is no uninstall program in the folder and it is not on the add/remove list.

I use WindowsME.
