I am sorry I am sending this message again, but I have not been able to  
receive e-mails over the past week and so think that I have not seen any of your

Hello

Can  anyone give me some advice please.  My computer first started giving  
problems when I got a blue screen saying that it was "dumping memory". (or  
something similar).  I managed to re-boot in safe mode which cleared the  problem, 
but this has happened again twice since.  Linked with this is that  I am 
daily receiving numerous e-mails returned to me that I have not sent.   It would 
appear that someone, somewhere is sending out Spam using my e-mail  address.  
How can I stop this?

I have XP Home and use Outlook  Express.  

The first time this happened I was using McCaffee  security, but have now 
changed to f-secure.
