I had a similar problem on one of my sites, and it was a problem in
the CSS file.
You might check the W3C and see if the HTML and CSS validate.
What is the URL?

Yesterday I updated the page for July and find that when I view it in IE9 it shows me the old page. When viewed on my laptop (IE8) or FireFox on my desktop it shows the July chart which is the updated page. Since only the desk top computer running IE9 shows the old page I'm guessing its a problem with IE9 since I never had this problem with IE8. I've deleted history and the cache using the Tools menu but I don't know what to try next.
