Elizabeth, this is easy with MS Word.  Simply save your file with whatever
filename you wish.  Then go to where ever you wish to place the file name
and/or path [header footer etc].  Select Insert, Field, Document
Information, and Filename.  You can also select options, and get the path
added to the field.
