I install cable modems and ATT happens to install here locally also so I
know it will work.
Fisrt you have to go to the TOOLS|ACCOUNTS and find the server addresses
(pop3.knology.net, smtp.knology.net,
mail.knology.net or something simular) the addresses may or may not be the
same. Also get your account name. These
three items are all you need to transfer to Outlook. I use OE on me desktop
and Outlook on my laptop.
