I have McAfee Virus Scan and Guard Dog installed thru McAfee Office.

The last couple of days during boot up, they both have error messages
displayed as follows:

GUARDDOG caused an invalid page fault in
module GDCORE32.DLL at 015f:10001fe9.

VSHWIN32 caused an invalid page fault in
module VSHWIN32.EXE at 015f:004048f5.
Registers:

Acknowledging the message makes it go away, but the programs close and don't
run.

I reinstalled Guarddog and now it doesn't seem to run at all.  I downloaded a
Virus scan update and new signature files and installed that, but no luck.

Suggestions??
