Assuming that you are using Internet Explorer, open the browser, go to
File/Import and Export. When the box opens click next and then from the new
window select Export Favorite and click next again. You will be shown the
list of your favorites folder, just click next again. Now you have to select
browse to select where you want to put the folder. You find your floppy
drive, select it and click next again. You will then be taken back to the
destination window. Now just click next again until it tells you that the
folder was successfully exported. When you need to use this backup you just
use the exact same method except you select Import Favorites instead of
Export.
