We need some more information to be helpful:
1.What email program?
2.What kind of connection? (Dial-up, DSL, Cable)
3.What is the exact error message?
4.What changes have you made? What software have you installed recently?
5.Have you checked for spyware?
6.What kind of PC?

Sometimes it takes five or six attempts before I am able to access my email
in XP Pro without a connection error. Other times it will make me retype my
user name and password over and over. Everything worked great for a while,
but now I am even having problems accessing internet sites. If I keep
trying long enough I usually am successful, but this is becoming very
annoying. I have even tried System Restore, with no luck. XP is still very
new to me, so I am really stumped.

The NOSPIN Group Promotions is now offering
Mandrake Linux or Red Hat Linux CD sets along
with the OpenOffice CD... at a great price!!!
