My client uses Netscape Communicator 4.5 for email. She's having a heckuva
time with the Address Book . Every time she scrolls to the bottom of her
list of names, it hangs and locks up. I've emailed Netscape Technical
Support but every suggestion they've emailed back hasn't worked. Any ideas?
She has a Gateway 2000 GX series - Windows 95 platform -- 56K modem. She
doesn't use any other browser, just Communicator. She has a local ISP, not
AOL or another national service. No other software is consistently running
when she is online -- she doesn't know how to use much other than Quicken
and Word, anyway.
I have seen her using the other programs while she is still connected -- but
not typically.
