I had posted the question about adding items to the Right Click, Sendto Options.
Replies with various suggestions were received.
This is what worked for me:
    1. Create a short cut to the desktop for the desired folder.
    2. In Control Panel, Folder Options, View, enable "show hidden folders".
    3. Do a search for the Sendto Folder. As one person had written, this folder
is in more than one location. I chose the Documents and Settings, my name
        folder.
    4. Drag the short cut from the desktop to this Sendto folder.

If this change is being done often, then as someone had suggested, it would be
convenient if initially a short cut is put on the desktop for the Sendto folder.

I thank all who wrote responded with various suggestions.
