 i am sending this again because when it came to me it was all
discombobulated..

i am trying to install computer associates eztrust anti virus program and get the following error msg.
SEVERE
unable to read product section from setup information file

their support team has sent me several links to try but to no avail..they then suggested i un-install and re-install ie6. and now the question
how do i do that? i can't find it in add/remove programs or add/remove plus. i seldom use ie6 preferring mozilla firefox..but when i do use ie6 it works fine. any help is appreciated
