It is my understanding that you live in St. Petersburg, Russia.  If it
is correct, than you do not have to share your e-mail account with your
friend.  He can get a free 10 minute dialup connection from DUXNET.
I recommend that you have a look at this page http://www.dux.net/duxnet/

There are many free e-mail services on the internet for your friend to
get a free web-mail account. Some of them, like netaddress.com will let
him to use pop3/smtp  so he can use e-mail client like Netscape, Outlook
Express, Eudora, etc.
