Hope someone can help. I have been getting an error message everytime I start
up my computer that says "Cannot read subscription data. You may need
administrator privileges" Also when I open the program, under Subscription Services
it says Not Installed. I have not upgraded or changed anything in my computer
or Norton program. I have had the subscrip. since April. I have Windows XP and
AOL for dial-up service. Help me please. Thank-you.
