I installed WP 11 on a Windows XP Pro machine.  It has been very unstable
compared to previous versions of WP (Ver. 8 being what I used for several
years before this, and going back to 5.1 and 4.2 and 4.1)  The WP locks up
at times, a few functions such as the scan bars in the envelope formatting
refuse to function), and it seems to slow the system down tremendously.  We
wanted this upgrade as it will save documents directly to PDF format,
something we are now required to do at times.

After a 20 year history of WP, I am not looking forward to using Word.

Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?
