No, this happens with everything. I also cannot use the Print Target or
Show Picture feature with right-clicking. I'm sure it's something to do
with the settings of my Internet Explorer.

It may be that the site posting this material on the web either cannot
(for legal reasons) or does not wish to enable the material to be downloaded
for offline use.
Various websites attempt various measures to try to prevent saving offline
of displayed material, some of which work better than others. (For a while,
a number of sites were overriding the right click using JavaScript on their
pages, put there were several ways around that so I see it less often now.)
Do you have this problem everywhere, or just on a few specific sites?
