Which version of Access are you using? There is a way to insert manual page
breaks, but if your report is setup to allow a section to shrink and grow
with content, then automatic breaks will occur as required.

Go into your help file and searh for manual page break. In Access 95,
simply open the report in design mode, then add the page break from the
toolbox where ever you want the break to occur.
