You haven't given much detail so you probably won't get a
very precise answer.  But have you tried uninstalling DUN,
reboot, and then reinstall DUN?

START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - ADD/REMOVE SOFTWARE -
WINDOWS SETUP tab -- COMMUNICATIONS details.

Are you using the latest version - DUN 1.2?
