The remote client whose work I'm editing is (legitimately) concerned he might not last out the length of the project, and passed me the e-mail address for his daughter, living in the U.S. We've agreed it'd be wise if she just stacked up copies of all the exchanges between the author (her dad) and me.

I'd liketo rig my addresses so when I start a letter to the author, a CC: to the daughter is automatically added to the header. But I can't imagine a way to put two addresses within a single address-book entry. Any suggestions?

(BTW, I use Internet Explorer.)

Many, many thanx. ---ed nelson
