i often surf the net using a free isp(from whom i have an e-address i don't use), but when i try to send an url while i'm connected it doesn't get sent until i connect to my usual mail isp, and then there is no trace of the message having been sent in the sent items (nor is there anything in the outbox when i log on). should i change my mail settings and do they automatically change according to the isp i'm logged onto?
the same lack of "sent items" and "outbox" information occurs when i scan (snapscan touch - agfa)directly to the e-mail program.. the scan does get sent but i have no record of it (so i can't be sure it has been sent if there's been a freeze or any other problem).
thanks for any help.
