                I use Outlook (not Express) on several different PCs.

                At    Tools - Options - Read (or Send),  on some machines I
can change the font and on others I cannot change it.  I don't know if the
same CD was used on all machines, but on at least two of them the version
number of Outlook is the same, but on one you can change font and on the
other you cannot.

                What am I missing or overlooking on the setup?
