If you are using at least Windows 95-OS2.5 (I'm not sure if all versions
work and I don't know if this works with Windows 98) try this. Activate
the screen you want to capture. Hold down the "Alt" key and press the
"PrtSc" key once and then release all keys. Start the program you want to
insert the picture of the screen into. Hold down the "Crtl" key and press
the "V" key once and then release all keys.

This should work. I got this tip from PC World's Tips.
