Although I had written before, and I still dont know if this will  have 
anything to do with your OE.  But I couldnt empty my recycle bin on my  desk top, I 
called and they told me to increase the amount it holds..... I  did that.. 
but each time I had to keep increasing the amount it would hold, and  if I 
wanted something out of there I had mistakenly deleted, well that was just  too 
bad.. cause you couldnt get it out.
 
I did everything to make it work right... I did a scan disk and a  defrag 
repeatedly --- all to no avail - even in safe mode.  It still would  not empty 
unless I kept increasing the amount each time, which was a   nuisance.
 
At that time, I just happened to need to reformat my HD... and when  I did 
that... it worked right from then on.  So apparently something in  there was so 
corrupted that it couldnt be fixed no matter  what I did or the company who 
helped me with it, did...  It works fine now  that I formatted.    Harriet

PLEASE HELP.  Am really at a lost and an illiterate when it comes to  pc.
Using Outlook Express, Windows ME.  I started having problems on and  off
with my email. Most of the time, I am able to delete my email,  sometimes,
I can't.  When that happens, I re-start my pc and that solves  the problem
most of the time. I had written before about this and I think  Sven said
my delete file must be corrupted.  How do I know it this is so  and can 
anyone help me try and solve this problem?  Roadrunner said I  am over
quota, and I will not be able to get any new e-mail if I am not able  to
delete the old ones.  Please help, I am going nuts trying to do solve  this
problem.  Thank you so much.
