Using Norton SystemWorks? Symantec recommends
to look Recycle bin if QDCSPI.DLL is there and restore.
If it is not there Uninstall Systemworks restart Your computer
and reinstall Systemworks. Alternatively you can download
.dll from some sites in web but I don't know where it should
locate. somewhere in Norton program files.
For mscoree.dll they recommend ignoring message.
