Windows Explorer is not Internet Explorer. Windows Explorer may be on
your Start menu and will be in Start/Programs/Accessories. Click on
Computer and then double click on the CDROM device with the CD in it and
you will be given a list of files on the CD. You may need to dig down
into the directory structure to find the files you want. When you double
click on a file it should open with whatever graphics program is
associated with it.
