You are right to be suspicious of this message.
The System Registry is a large, complex file that contains details of
your system configuration. It is not to be tinkered with lightly.
PC Power Speed is malware and should not only be ignored, but removed ASAP.
Download and run Super Anti Spyware., which should remove it.
SAS may find other malware, and you can safely remove those as well.
