Do you have the options to choose labels 5970, 5971, 5972, 5979 or 5980? These are the same as 8160.

Subject: [PCSOFT] Printing labels in Word

I use Word for labels a lot but am having a problem with it recently. When I go into labels, I indicate I am using Avery mailing labels #8160, which are three columns to a sheet. When I click on New Document, ordinarily a document appears with three columns of blank spaces where I would type in the addresses. Recently, however, I just get a blank screen. . . the blank document does not appear.
The Computer Lady suggested I un-install and re-install Word, which I did, but that did not resolve the problem. Her second suggestion is to erase the whole hard drive and re-install everything. She also suggested that I join you folks for some expert advice on how to do this. Can you help me? I would be most grateful. Many thanks. Dottie Hoch
